PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!

Book this service if you need your rental clothes delivered outside the city center where we need to use a vehicle for the delivery (approximately locations more than 1km from our shop at Fredrik Langes Gate 14)

-We do not deliver other equipement than clothes (skis, snowshoes and other gear needs to be picked up and delivered to our rental center).

-We only deliver clothes to hotels, accomodation and buisnesses with a staffed reception where you have a reservation (NOT AirBnb).

- At the moment we offer delivery to Moxy Hotel, St.Elisabeth, Tromsø Lodge and Camping, Pingvin Hotel, Rent a Star and SIXT Tromsø. For other locations, please send us an inquiry to post@tromsooutdoor.no

- Rental items can be picked up/dropped off at the hotel reception/storage room. 

The delivery costs are:

1 to 10 clothing packages or other articles DELIVERY OR PICK UP 1000 N0K  

1 to 10 clothing packages or other articles DELIVERY AND PICK UP 2000 NOK

 

 Select the correct fee or you might not get our delivery. For example:

Only delivery for 1-10 clothing packages 1000 nok

Only pick up form the hotel for 1-10 clothing packages 1000 nok

Delivery and pick up for 1-10 clothing packages 2000 nok

This service needs to be ordered at least 48 hours before the reservation day.
After you place a reservation, Tromsø Outdoor will send you a rental contract,
which you need to fill, sign, scan, and send back.
Without a signed rental agreement we cannot deliver your order.
