Starting price for the first day includes the first rental day 546 nok and the transfer cost 1575 nok.
The rental includes: bike rental, transfer for one bike one way, a helmet, bike lock, repair set with a patch kit, necessary keys for adjustments, replacement tube, pump, lights and reflective vest.
Tromsø Outdoor offers Merida road bike Scultura Disc 400 model 2019 for rental.
Available in frame sizes from 47cm to 59cm.
Bikes are equipped with:
- water bottle holder
To reduce the use of plastic, we encourage you bring your reuseable water bottle from home for your bike trip. Tapwater in Norway is of very good quality and drinkeable. You can refill your own bottle here in the shop.

It is usually possible to ride a bike one size up or down from the recommended size, but if you are in doubt order rather a bike in a smaller size.
As a customer you are liable for any loss or damage to the bike. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance covering rental services prior to your arrival. Maximum load on bike is 120 kg (total weight of bike, rider and luggage).

1 day of rental = any period up to 24 hours.
Please read all the following information about bike transfer:
Bike transfer - one way, one bike between Tromsø and destinations north to Kirkenes or south to Bodø. For destinations south of Bodø please add the additional fee.
This service needs to be ordered at least 5 days before the reservation date.
For bike transport, we use the Hurtigruten cargo services Nor Lines.
Bikes should be picked up from/returned to the Hurtigruten Cargo Companies (Nor Lines) terminals on weekdays: Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00.
For services delivered at other times, additional fees apply. It is not possible to have your bike delivered to locations other than the Hurtigruten Cargo Terminals.

For pick from cargo termainal: When you pick up your bike at the terminal please check if all equipment is present and the bike has not been damaged during the transfer. If you find any damage please take a picture of the damage before you remove the bike from the pallet, point out the damage to the terminal officer, and contact Tromsø Outdoor immediately.
For returns to cargo terminal: When you are returning your bike to the terminal you will need to place the bikes yourself on a special EU pallet we send for you. Bikes are to be mounted on the bike rack as they would be on a regular car roof rack (ask for instructions on how to do this when collecting the bikes in Tromsø if you are unsure). Please also make sure to register the transfer with the terminal officer.
